Two Fabulous Islands for Under $500,000

$500,000 is a lot of money, but in the world of real estate it really isn’t all that much, as any prospective home buyer could tell you. That’s why many people are surprised to learn that they can buy a private island for less than $500,000. I think this comes as a surprise because so often there is a machismo associated with the biggest and most expensive private islands. Therefore people never hear about the little gems that are actually attainable by the average Joe and Jane. I have picked out two private islands for less than 500 grand that any prospective island owner should take a closer look at. I have chosen one from Private Islands Online and one from Vladi Private Islands.
