Here is an interesting article from Canada’s Globe and Mail from a couple of year’s ago. The article talks to Farhad Vladi owner of Vladi Private Islands. The article is great because it captures the fascination the general public has with private islands. It does a good job explaining that there are islands for sale and for rent that are accessible to that are affordable and accessible to the general population.

“There are all kinds of private islands available for sale or rent around the world, from Canada’s Great Lakes to the waters off Belize. And they’re not only for the billionaire crowd, either.”

I think its very important for people to realize that islands are the perfect vacation spot for virtually anyone. There are islands to meet every price point and interest.
