Two Private Islands in Two Countries
By Islomaniac | September 10, 2007
This quite possibly has to be one of the loveliest islands I have ever seen. In the image is a beautiful little private island with a gorgeous island home. In addition there is a little bridge going over to a smaller neighboring island. The remarkable thing about this island is the island on the left is in Canada, while the island on the right is in the United States! I guess this makes the bridge one of the shortest international bridges in the world. I wonder if they have to pay property taxes in both countries?

That’s a fascinating occurrence. What exactly is on the smaller island on the right? It looks like a moored yacht but it might be an antenna tower. *shrugs*
