Island Vacation with Your Dog

If you are like the millions of people who would like to take your canine pet with you on your vacation, you know all too well the frustration you experience when you realize the most destinations are not dog friendly. Private islands are the perfect way to include your pooch in your holiday plans.
As a dog owner myself I can attest to the fact that dogs love islands! Islands provide a safe and spacious place for dogs to roam, run, hunt, swim and play. In addition they are ideal for owners who don’t typically have to worry about their dog roaming too far and getting lost. The only thing I would recommend is that if you are renting an island ensure that the owners allow dogs. Most island owners allow dogs, but its good to make sure first.
So, the next time you are planning a vacation consider a taking your furriest family member on a private island getaway.
