Leonardo DiCaprio Going Green on Private Island

Leonardo DiCaprio Eco Friendly Resort Most people know that movie star Leonardo DiCaprio owns a 104 acre Private island called Blackadore Caye off the cost of Belize. A month and a half ago I speculated that Leonardo DiCaprio was planning on building an eco friendly resort. It turns out I was correct as recent articles are reporting that DiCaprio has teemed up with the owners of the Fours Seasons resort chain in order to develop a green hotel. Construction is expected to start in 2008, but other than that little is known about this hotel. Perhaps he will sit down with Francis Ford Coppola who owns his own eco friendly resort empire around the world. In any case, expect Leo’s resort to emphasize new and efficient green technologies it will be interesting to see how this resort turns out, and naturally I will keep you all posted as developments arise.

I share in the going green! We are all getting too many toxins in our bodies and if we change some things, such as our cleaners and not using plastic we could change a lot in this world that we live in. Let’s try to make it a good world, this is the world that God created, and man has made all these synthetic cleaners. Let’s go green and GET CLEAN by changing our cleaners and our life styles. I love that Leo is a leader in environmental clean up. I do wish that in view of the pollution and cancer danger of his lungs, he would give up smoking. It looks bad and kids look up to him. Please give your lungs a break, Leo! Don’t give in to the addiction.
