Google Co-Founder Marries on Private Island

The internet and island world was abuzz this past weekend with reports that Google co-founder Larry Page had married his girlfriend, Lucy Southworth, on a tiny private island in the

Reportedly both Al Gore and Hillary Clinton were on the guest list however, Gore had to decline as he is being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. However, celebrity guests who are reported to have attended the island wedding include Bono, the U2 singer, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, both of whom are reported to have played at the reception. 
Necker Island is world renowned as one of the most exclusive and exotic private island rentals. The island contains 14 Balinese-style houses, blessed with pools, jacuzzis, private chefs and other luxuries, and costs $46,000 a night.
Choosing to have an island wedding is further proof that Page is very smart gentleman.
