Big Tusket IslandI love a good island deal, and as I have said in the past when I find one I love to share it with my readers.  Listed at just $65,000 Big Tusket Island is an amazing deal for island enthusists with a limited budget. 

 he island, located in Nova Scotia Canada is a 37 acre in size and is located off the south-western coast of the province.  The island is described as the perfect summer retreat.  The island already has power available to it and has great anchorage points.  This means that the island is prime property for development. 

The island is set in a picturesque location, surrounded by other granite islands dotted with light houses.  Big Tusket is also near the picturesque Acadian town of Comeau’s Hill which ensures all the amenities of daily living can be readily available on the island.
