Versatile Boat for Island Fun

A love of islands typically goes hand and hand with a love for the water. Sailing, kayaking, and windsurfing are just some of the ways people enjoy the water around their islands. The only disadvantage of partaking in these sports in the often high cost of these items combined with often limited storage space on your island
Keeping these limitations in mind I was surprised when I came across the Hammacher Convertible Sports Boat. The Convertible Sports Boat is capable of transforming from sailboat, to windsurfer, to kayak to towable swim platform in just 10 minutes.
The craft comes with an inflatable PVC hull and detachable sail, mast and boom. The boat is lightweight (just 59 lbs) and can disassemble for easy storage. The boat is the winner of the International Marine Trade Associations Innovation Award and retails for just $400. The only downside to this product is if you want to order one you are going to have to wait as they are currently sold out!
