Islands of Hospitality
By Islomaniac | April 16, 2008
In my opinion private islands do not recieve enough attention in the media. I often find it frustrating when publication after publication features luxury resorts around the world and completly neglects all of the incredible private island resorts that are out there.
That is slowly changing with more and more media outlets becoming aware of the unique, lavish, and remarkable private island resorts available. Hotel Interactive.com recently published a great article on some of the most beautiful island resorts in the world. The article featured Cabbage Key in Florida, a 100 acre island that is known for its homey, down to earth feel. It also featured King Pacific Lodge in BC, a floating island hotel that can be moved to a new location each year.
I really enjoyed this article because it did a great job of highlighting a wide range of private island resorts around the world, not just the super expensive. To read the full article visit Hotel Interactive.
