It’s All About the Seychelles

By Islomaniac | April 20, 2008

SeychellesThe Seychelles, a tiny nation off the coast of Africa, is home to some of the most beautiiful islands in the world. However, this often does not translate into exposure in the media. However, that may be  changing with the publication of more and more articles about the beautiful private islands in the  region. A recent article published in Emirates Business 24/7 features this archipelago of 115 islands.  They note the reason for an influx in tourists to this region is due largely to its advantageous location in the Indian Ocean. Its position puts it right between Asia and the Middle East, two areas  where the is a large and rapidly growing wealthy popoulation. In addition, The Seychelles is widely regarded as the safest and quietest paradise in the African and Asian continents. here is an excerpt from what a recent visitor to the islands had to say

Seychelles is an archipelago of exceptional beauty. Imagine atolls in the middle of turquoise blue lagoons, beaches of fine and immaculate white sand covered with sculpted granite rocks that are millions of years old. The islands are lined with palm trees and protected by kaleidoscopic coral reefs, large fragrant gardens and myriads of birds twirling around on an azure backdrop.
