An Enchanted Island

By Islomaniac | May 20, 2008

Enchanted IslandI am not exactly sure what it means to be “enchanted” but if I had to guess I am sure many islands would fit the bill. However, only one island actually holds the name enchanted. Enchanted Island is a quaint .75 acre island located just off the coast of Panama.  This property which rents for $2,500 a week is adorned by a beautiful island home, perfect for a family getaway.  The main house can sleep up to six people in its king size and twin beds.  The house’s best feature is its gourmet kitchen which comes complete with stainless steel appliances and five burner stove.  In keeping with yesterdays post on eco-friendly islands, Enchanted Island goes the distance to be environmentally friendly using solar and water capturing technology to reduce the environmental impact on the island. For more information about this island or to make a booking visit Private Islands Online.
