In fact the island is so highly regarded for its biodiversity that part of the island is a nature reserve.  However, over 70,000 square meters of the island is clear for construction, making the island perfect for the development of a boutique eco-friendly island resort. In fact much of the work has already been done with a bar, industrial kitchen, cabana, electric generator and helicopter landing area already in place.
