Is there any wildlife on the island? How difficult would it be to build a home on the island? Do you have any other photos of the island? The island looks neat but what happens in a hurricane? One strong storm and the whole island and the money it took to buy it would be underwater. Is their flood insurance? I bet not!
I will pay cash if I can use it asap. I plan on living on a yacht but need a place to sway dock-age fees, plant food, storage. I would like all details available, legal and ownership rights, taxes ect.
