It is not uncommon for islands to be sold along with a small parcel of property of the main land. This is ideal for island owners as it typically provides a space for owners to launch their boats or build a cottage.  However, recently a massive estate in Scotland went on the market that includes not just one, but two private islands.

Located near new Loch Fyne the estate has an asking price of 3 Million pounds.  The estate includes a nine-bedroom mansion, four cottages and of as I mentioned two private islands. The owners have reportedly spent the last 15 years extending and refurbishing the property and it is idealy laid out of for entertaining with a magnificent drawing room, dining room, billiard room, library and swimming pool with swim jet system.

Not a lot is known about the islands but I am guessing at least one of them has one of those four cottages!
