Bringing an impressive resume of experience spanning 25 years in the Asia Pacific region, Chef Damain’s diverse culinary creativity was honed at such notable establishements as The Sydney Regent, Fregate Island, Baros Maldives and Banyan Tree Vabbinfrau Maldives.
