Bringing an impressive resume of experience spanning 25 years in the Asia Pacific region, Chef Damain’s diverse culinary creativity was honed at such notable establishements as The Sydney Regent, Fregate Island, Baros Maldives and Banyan Tree Vabbinfrau Maldives.

Chef Damian is thrilled to be, “Creating varied, unique and true culinary experiences with such a dynamic team in superb surrounds and being part of an established product evolving further.”

While menus have yet to be set, Chef Damian’s enthusiasm and keen leadership is sure to help Coco Collection set new heights of culinary excellence.
