Not all island resorts are created equal, at least according to AsionOne Travel which recently released there list of the top 10 luxury islands in the world.

Taking the top spot is Musha Cay, the extravagant island in the Exumas owned by David Copperfield. Also on the list is the ultra exclusive Mustique the 1,400 acre island located in the West Indies, and home to a wide array of celebrities, rock stars and royalty.

Rounding out the list is Turtle Island Fiji, Palm Island in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Menemba Island in the Indian Ocean just 2.8 miles from Zanzibar.

The Berry Islands, although not as well known as some of the other island regions in the Bahamas,  are certainly worthy of the attention they do get.

One of the most pristine islands in the group is Lignum Vitae Cay a stunning 121 acre island located in the northern section of the Berry Island group.
